Any meats of choice may be grilled on wood charcoal made from hardwood with guaranteed complete cooking during appropriate consumption of coal. Consequently, we preferentially use high quality beech wood during the production of our wood charcoal.

Use:
We recommend pre-heating the grill and heating the wood charcoal until it is red-hot at least 30 min. for commencing first grilling.
